Our story

The story of Inocess began at the LEAT laboratory in Sophia Antipolis, where Sébastien Icart was finalizing his thesis in electronics, and Robin Bonamy was carrying out a research assignment during his thesis in signal processing in the IRISA laboratory. Their scientific convergences, their shared interest in innovation, and their desire to be actors of change through entrepreneurial leverage led them to create Inocess, in 2016, after several years of collaboration on the design of embedded, intelligent and autonomous systems.

In its early days, the company’s activity focused on providing services for third parties, but it soon evolved. Inocess was spotted by the Elektek network and given the opportunity to collaborate with STMicroelectronics teams in Grenoble, in the energy sector. Two years later, the company became a member of the highly respected STPartner Program.

Strengthen by this achievement and its growing expertise, Inocess took a new step in 2020 by designing and marketing its own products. Closely supported by STMicroelectronics and Würth Elektronik, and backed by the BPI, Inocess is making a strategic pivot under very favorable conditions, enabling it to approach this step calmly and with great prospects.

Twice represented at CES in Las Vegas, Inocess is now recognized as a reference in innovation for energy and flow management, high-stake areas where ethical, sustainable and efficient solutions are needed.

Inocess solutions are developed entirely in-house, from the earliest R&D phases through prototyping and pre-industrialization. Inocess is present in the Alpes-Maritimes, in Nice and the Sophia-Antipolis technology park, as well as in Grenoble and Rennes, enabling it to evolve in a dynamic ecosystem in contact with leading players.
